1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Hairist - AI hair styling & beauty analysis ("App"), these Terms of Service automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all related intellectual property rights, including but not limited to source code, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by Emre Kaya.

You are not permitted to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App
  • Attempt to extract or reverse engineer the source code
  • Create derivative versions of the App
  • Use trademarks without explicit permission

3. Service Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the App useful and efficient. However, we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

We may introduce paid features or services, and any pricing will always be clearly presented before purchase.

4. Subscriptions

4.1 Billing & Renewal

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

4.2 Management

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple App Store account settings:

5. Credits & Consumable Purchases

The App may offer consumable in-app purchases such as credits.

  • Credits are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew
  • Credits are consumed when used within App features
  • Consumed credits cannot be restored
  • Consumables are non-refundable

Subscription users may have unlimited access to certain features, while AI style transformations may consume credits.

6. AI Feature Usage & Limits

AI feature usage limits reset automatically based on your subscription plan:

  • Weekly Plan: resets every 7 days
  • Monthly Plan: resets monthly on the same date
  • Yearly Plan: resets annually

Credit allocation per plan:

  • Weekly: 25 credits
  • Monthly: 100 credits
  • Yearly: 1500 credits

7. Consent to Share Usage Data with Apple

By making in-app purchases, you agree that we may share limited usage data with Apple to assist in resolving refund requests.

This may include information about how purchased content was used. Such data sharing is performed strictly in accordance with Apple policies and only when necessary.

8. Device & Security Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the App.

We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it may compromise security and prevent the App from functioning properly.

9. Internet Connectivity & Charges

Certain features of the App require an active internet connection.

We are not responsible for:

  • App limitations due to lack of connectivity
  • Charges incurred from your mobile provider
  • Roaming or additional data costs

10. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or usage
  • Issues caused by third-party services

11. Updates & Termination

We may update or discontinue the App at any time.

You agree to install updates when available to continue using the App.

If the App is discontinued:

  • Your rights to use the App will end
  • You must stop using and delete the App

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
